Our company was honored to be selected for the fence installation at Malaysia’s first Luge Theme Park—an iconic new destination built on mountainous terrain. This project demanded not only craftsmanship but also strategic planning and physical endurance.

The goal was to install a robust, weather-resistant fencing system that followed the contours of the luge track while maintaining safety and visual appeal. The unique setting—a steep, curving mountainside required a tailored approach in both design and execution.

Despite our expertise, this project presented several significant challenges:

One-Design Challenge

We had to provide a single fence design that could adapt across various slope angles and turning radii, requiring extensive planning and pre-measurements.

Installation on Steep Terrain

The site was located on a mountainous slope with difficult access, making positioning and alignment extremely technical.

Manual Transport of Materials

No machinery access meant every panel had to be carried manually up the mountain, requiring a coordinated team effort and strict safety protocols.

Nonstop Shifts

To stay on schedule, especially with unpredictable weather, our team worked in both day and night shifts, often under tough environmental conditions.

Rainy Season Delays

Installation took place during the year-end rainy season, causing frequent work stoppages and requiring constant adjustment to our workflow.
